Open the business profile and choose Write a review. Share a real experience, complete the CAPTCHA and confirm your email address. There is a limit of one review per person per business; paid or rewarded reviews are not allowed.

You can request a change or removal using the verification email link or by contacting us. If you cannot find the email, include the business name and the email address you used to write the review in your message.

Your name, review text and star rating are public and can appear in search engines. We do not publish your email address or IP address. The business you review can see your email address in its portal to help recognise you as a customer.

StellarOpinion combines published reviews on the platform with ratings collected from independent sources on the internet. This means a profile's total can include reviews that are not shown as individual reviews on StellarOpinion.

Business profiles can be created from publicly available information, even before a business claims them. If details are incorrect, contact us with the profile link and the information that needs correcting.

Yes. Businesses can claim a profile for free, manage their details, respond to reviews, report reviews and invite customers. The portal also provides widgets for displaying ratings and reviews on your own website.

A business cannot buy, hide or remove a review simply because it is negative. It can report a review through its portal if it appears to break the rules. We assess reports; an honest negative opinion can remain published.
