I had high hopes for Fleurdirect based on their promises of quality plants, but my experience was disappointing. The selection was not as impressive as advertised, and the plants I received were poorly packaged, leading to damage during shipping. Customer service was unhelpful, providing vague responses to my concerns. Additionally, the prices felt steep for the mediocre quality. I expected better, especially given their emphasis on quality and care for plants.
