I recently shopped at Caroll, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. While they claim to offer timeless elegance, the quality was subpar for the price. The fabrics felt cheap, and the fit was inconsistent across items. Additionally, the in-store staff seemed uninterested in assisting customers. The promise of exclusive deals didn't live up to my expectations either. Overall, I left feeling underwhelmed and won't be returning anytime soon.
