I was really disappointed with my experience at this site. The selection felt overhyped with a lack of variety in actual styles. While the personalized options sound appealing, they were poorly executed; the quality didn’t match the price. Customer service was unresponsive when I had questions about my order. The claims of a great shopping experience didn't hold up, and ultimately, I left feeling unsatisfied. I'll be shopping elsewhere in the future.
