I had high hopes for LOT, but my experience was disappointing. The selection felt limited and prices were often inflated for second-hand items. Additionally, the website's layout was confusing, making it hard to navigate. Honestly, I expected a better marketplace for designer furniture. I won’t be returning anytime soon.

I was disappointed with my experience on LOT.co.uk. While the concept of buying and selling designer furniture directly is appealing, the execution leaves much to be desired. The item I was interested in wasn't reserved as promised, leading to confusion and frustration. Additionally, the premium listing fees seem excessive for the limited visibility offered. Customer service response times were slow, which added to my dissatisfaction. Overall, it felt more like a hassle than a streamlined process.
