I had high hopes for ArrowChat, but my experience was disappointing. While the installation was straightforward, the chat functionality was riddled with bugs that made communication frustrating. The video chat feature often lagged, causing interruptions during important conversations. Additionally, the mobile version was clunky and difficult to use. Customization options exist, but they’re limited and unintuitive. Overall, I expected more from a chat solution, and I wouldn't recommend it for serious use.
