I had high hopes for this online store, but my experience was disappointing. The login process was cumbersome, and I faced issues while trying to create an account. The layout feels outdated, making navigation frustrating. I also expected a wider range of respiratory products, but the selection was limited. Additionally, customer support is hard to reach; I emailed for help and never received a response. I ultimately had to look elsewhere for my needs. Sadly, this site didn't live up to its promises or the convenience I was seeking.
