I had high hopes for Aptive Pest Control based on their advertising, but my experience was disappointing. The service felt rushed, and despite their claims of year-round protection, I noticed pest activity shortly after treatment. Communication was lacking, making it hard to address my concerns. The initial treatment didn’t seem effective, and I felt pressured into a lengthy service agreement without clear explanations. Overall, I expected better results and customer support for the price I paid.
