I was disappointed with my experience shopping for pocket watches here. The selection is extensive, but many of the items felt overpriced for the quality offered. The descriptions were overly complicated, making it hard to choose the right watch. Additionally, the site lacked clear information on returns, leaving me uncertain about my purchase. Customer service was unresponsive when I reached out with questions. Overall, I expected more for a specialty shop that claims to cater to enthusiasts.
