I was disappointed with my experience on the HEMA website. The navigation felt clunky, and I struggled to find the products I wanted. Additionally, the password reset process took longer than expected, and I didn’t appreciate the aggressive cookie consent pop-ups. Overall, it was a frustrating experience that left me questioning whether I want to shop here again.
