The service is disappointing, as the promised assistance and information seem limited. The app is not user-friendly, and getting timely help abroad is more challenging than I expected.

I recently explored the CZ health insurance site, and my experience was quite disappointing. While they promise personal service and support, I found their information to be confusing and lacking clarity. The app offers limited functionality, and navigating the website felt cumbersome. Additionally, the recent changes with Co-Med were poorly communicated, leaving many questions unanswered. Overall, I expected a smoother experience for planning health coverage abroad but instead received a frustrating and unclear overview. Definitely not impressed.
