I ordered a turtle enclosure from Univers Tortue, expecting a quality product. Unfortunately, it arrived damaged. Reaching out to their customer service was frustrating; they took over a week to respond, and when they finally did, their solution was unsatisfactory. I wouldn’t recommend their service or products.
