Vor kurzem kaufte ich einen Schmuckartikel, da ich dringend ein Geschenk benötigte. Leider stellte sich das Stück als minderwertig heraus und die Rückgabe war komplizierter als erwartet. Der Kundenservice antwortete nur sporadisch und half mir kaum weiter. Am Ende hatte ich weder das Geschenk noch mein Geld zurück. Enttäuschend, ich werde hier nicht wieder einkaufen.
