Ich wollte dringend ein Geschenk für einen Freund kaufen und stieß auf die Website, die jedoch aufgrund von Wartungsarbeiten nicht zugänglich war. Der Kundenservice antwortete langsam auf meine E-Mail und ich fühlte mich im Stich gelassen. Am Ende konnte ich das Geschenk nicht rechtzeitig bestellen. Enttäuschend.
