I recently explored Kratki’s fireplace offerings and was left unimpressed. While they boast a wide selection, the website is cluttered and difficult to navigate, making it hard to find specific products. The promised "professional consulting" seemed absent, as I struggled to get useful answers via chat. Moreover, the modular kits advertised as "easy assembly" turned out to be anything but, lacking clear instructions. Overall, my experience was frustrating rather than inspiring; I expected more for the price.
