Ich brauchte Hilfe mit meinem Konto, aber als ich versuchte, TEO zu kontaktieren, erhielt ich nur eine automatische Antwort.

Ich hatte Probleme, meine Konten zu verknüpfen und benötigte dringend Hilfe. Der Kundenservice war jedoch enttäuschend und reagierte sehr langsam. Statt Unterstützung bekam ich nur allgemeine Antworten. Leider hat TEO meine Erwartungen in Sachen Benutzerfreundlichkeit und Service nicht erfüllt.
