I had high hopes for the products from Living Culture, but my experience was disappointing. The louvre roof pergola I purchased has been underwhelming, struggling to stand up to the elements. Installation was more complicated than expected due to poorly labeled parts, and the finish feels cheap rather than solid wood. Additionally, customer service was unresponsive when I reached out for help. I expected better quality and support for the price. Would not recommend.
