Ich wollte meinem Unternehmen eine Baumspende zukommen lassen und kontaktierte den Kundenservice. Leider wurde ich stundenlang vertröstet und erhielt letztlich keine klare Antwort. Das Ganze fühlte sich amateurhaft an und ich hatte den Eindruck, dass die Organisation unorganisiert ist. Ich werde dort wohl keine weiteren Spenden tätigen. Enttäuschend.
