I had a disappointing experience with AlisCar. The advertised prices seem enticing, but once at the desk, I faced countless hidden fees that weren't communicated upfront. The customer service was unhelpful and slow to respond to my queries. Additionally, the vehicle I received was in poor condition, far from what I expected. Overall, it felt more like a hassle than a treat—definitely not the convenient service I hoped for during my trip to the Canarias.

Additionally, despite promises of no hidden costs, I found several charges I wasn't informed about. This was not the smooth and clear service I expected, and I won’t be renting from them again.
