I recently visited the Seasonal Catalogue website looking for flooring options and was disappointed. The product selection felt limited, and the site was cluttered, making it difficult to navigate. While they offered a visualiser tool, it didn't function properly, frustrating my shopping experience. The site also felt overly promotional with little genuine information to help in making informed decisions. Customer service seemed lacking, as I couldn't find adequate support or guidance. I expected more for a company touting quality and craftsmanship.
