Onlangs had ik hulp nodig bij het vinden van een rollator. De klantenservice was onduidelijk en langdradig. Nadat ik meermaals contact had opgenomen, kreeg ik uiteindelijk een ongepast advies. Dit resulteerde in een miskoop en frustratie. Ik had meer verwacht van hun "persoonlijke aandacht" en deskundigheid. Teleurstellend.
