J'ai tenté de récupérer une facture impayée avec Recouvrer.fr, pensant que cela serait simple. Après avoir soumis tous les documents, j'ai attendu des semaines sans nouvelles. Lors de mon appel, le service client m'a dit que mon dossier était perdu. Frustrant, j'ai fini par gérer l'impayé moi-même, sans aucune aide de leur part.
