Onlangs had ik hulp nodig bij het kiezen van het juiste abonnement voor mijn treinreis. Na een kort telefoontje met de klantenservice kreeg ik geduldige en heldere antwoorden. De medewerkster wees me op de daluren korting, wat me veel geld bespaart. Een prettige ervaring die het reizen met het OV aanzienlijk makkelijker maakt.

Tijdens mijn zoektocht naar de beste manier om naar Keukenhof te reizen, ontdekte ik de OV-shop.
