I really wanted to love the NEW PREBIOTIX Hydrating Whipped Cream, but it didn’t deliver. The texture was too heavy, leaving my skin feeling greasy rather than hydrated. Plus, the price is steep for such mediocre results. There are better options out there that don’t make empty promises about organic ingredients.
