J'ai sollicité Cap Retraite pour aider ma mère à trouver un EHPAD. Le conseiller était difficile à joindre et ne semblait pas vraiment attentif à nos besoins. Après plusieurs relances, nous avons reçu des options qui ne correspondaient pas à nos critères. Une vraie perte de temps et d'énergie dans un moment déjà stressant.
