Mijn ervaring met deze aanbieder was teleurstellend. Na hulp gevraagd voor softwareproblemen, kreeg ik verkeerde instructies en geen oplossing.

Mijn ervaring met deze organisatie was teleurstellend. Toen ik dringend hulp nodig had bij het opzetten van digitale tools voor mijn klas, kreeg ik weinig tot geen ondersteuning. De reacties waren traag en onpersoonlijk. Uiteindelijk moest ik zelf verder zoeken naar oplossingen. Dit was zeer frustrerend en niet professioneel.
