I had high hopes for my purchase from Nick Scali, but the experience fell flat. Customer service was unhelpful and delivery was delayed without any communication. The quality of the sofa also did not meet my expectations; it felt cheap and not worth the price. Overall, I expected more given their claims of quality and customer satisfaction. Disappointed.
