Service quality was disappointing and the results were underwhelming; my pest issues remain unresolved despite the claims made.

I had high hopes for EcoShield, but my experience was disappointing. They were late, and their pest control solutions didn’t seem effective. Despite multiple visits, the pests returned. For the price, I expected much better and won't be using them again.

While EcoShield promotes its services well, I found their pest control ineffective. The initial appointment was uninformative, and follow-up responses were slow and unhelpful. I expected a more professional approach, but I was left disappointed and still dealing with pests.
