I was disappointed with Lights of Amsterdam. While they tout exceptional craftsmanship, my experience was quite the opposite. The lamp I received was poorly assembled, and the customer service hours are inconvenient. It feels more like an upscale facade than genuine quality. I expected much more for the price.

I was excited to explore the offerings from Lights of Amsterdam, but the experience fell flat. The description of luxury and craftsmanship doesn’t match the reality. The selection felt limited and overpriced for what you get. Additionally, customer service hours are quite inconvenient, making it hard to get assistance when needed. I expected more considering their claims of elegance and quality, but many pieces seemed generic and lacked unique charm. Overall, I left feeling disappointed and would recommend exploring other options for lighting.
