Tijdens mijn zoektocht naar nieuwe winterbanden bij BestDrive liep alles mis. De online reservering werkte niet, en de klantenservice reageerde traag. Uiteindelijk kreeg ik geen hulp en bleef ik met mijn probleem zitten. Echt teleurstellend.
