Ik maakte een afspraak voor vaccinaties voor mijn reis naar Thailand, omdat ik me zorgen maakte over malaria. Helaas arriveerde de arts bijna een uur te laat en leek niet goed voorbereid. Mijn vragen over vaccinaties en verzekering bleven onbeantwoord. Het voelde totaal niet professioneel en ik ben teleurgesteld over hun service en communicatie.

Helaas was mijn ervaring met Thuisvaccinatie.nl teleurstellend. Nadat ik een afspraak had gepland voor een dringend vaccin voor mijn reis naar Maleisië, arriveerde de arts twee uur te laat. De communicatie was slecht en ik voelde me niet serieus genomen. Geen aanrader.
