I was keen on using Pluxee for employee benefits, but the experience has been disappointing. The platform is confusing and lacks user-friendly navigation. Many of the promised benefits feel underwhelming and not particularly unique compared to competitors. Additionally, customer support was unresponsive when I needed assistance. Instead of enhancing employee satisfaction, it created more frustration. I expected much more from a leading company in employee engagement. Overall, I cannot recommend Pluxee.
