The HP OmniBook X AI laptops seem promising, but they fall short on performance. The features are underwhelming, and navigating the website is frustrating. I expected more from such a reputed brand, but overall, it feels like a missed opportunity.

I was disappointed with my experience navigating the HP website for their new AI laptops. The layout felt cluttered and overwhelming, making it difficult to find specific products without endless scrolling. Additionally, the promotional content seemed more focused on selling rather than providing substantial information about the products. The advertising for HP Instant Ink came across as particularly gimmicky. Overall, the site didn't deliver the clarity or ease of use I expected, which makes the shopping experience frustrating rather than enjoyable. I hope they improve the design soon.
