I was disappointed with my experience ordering lace wigs from this site. The customer service was unresponsive when I had questions, and the quality of the wigs I received was subpar, with uneven texture and poor stitching. Shipping took longer than promised, defeating the purpose of "free shipping." The money-back guarantee seems like a gimmick, as getting a refund was a hassle. I won't be shopping here again and cannot recommend it.

Additionally, the opening discounts seemed appealing, but they didn’t reflect the true value of the products. Overall, this shopping experience was underwhelming and not worth the hassle. I won't be returning.
