Terrible experience; poor customer service and untrustworthy booking process.

I found the experience with this website frustrating. The search function is not intuitive, making it hard to navigate. Customer support was slow to respond and unhelpful when I had questions about my booking. Overall, the process felt disorganized, which detracted from my trip planning experience. I won’t use them again.
