Slechte ervaring gehad. Adviseur was onvriendelijk en gaf geen bruikbaar advies over hypotheek.

Onlangs had ik hulp nodig bij het overstappen naar ASN Bank. De beloofde ondersteuning viel echter tegen. De app was vaak onbruikbaar vanwege verouderde software. Na meerdere pogingen om contact op te nemen, kreeg ik geen nuttige antwoorden. Het voelde alsof mijn groene bedoelingen niet serieus werden genomen. Erg teleurstellend en frustrerend.
