Helaas, na een betalingsprobleem kreeg ik geen hulp van Ultimoo en was hun bereikbaarheid teleurstellend. Echt frustrerend.

Mijn ervaring met Ultimoo was teleurstellend. Toen ik hun hulp vroeg bij een betalingsachterstand, gaven ze vaag antwoord en leek er geen persoonlijke aandacht te zijn. Na meerdere telefoontjes zonder resultaat, kreeg ik uiteindelijk geen oplossing. De beloften van snelle en klantvriendelijke service stelden teleur. Ik voel me niet gesteund in deze moeilijke situatie en heb geen vertrouwen in hun aanpak.
