I had high hopes for IPB Group based on their industry claims, but my experience was disappointing. While they advertise a flexible approach and high-quality services, the reality fell short. Communication was poor, leading to delays and misunderstandings. Additionally, the mechanical testing results were not as thorough as I expected. Their cleaning facility left much to be desired, as I noticed several inconsistencies in the work done. For an ISO-certified company, I anticipated much better service and attention to detail. I can't recommend them based on my experience.
