I had a disappointing experience with ProResell. While they promise quality refurbished devices, the one I received had noticeable wear and tear that was not mentioned on their site. The customer service was slow to respond, and the return process was cumbersome. I expected better for the price and won't be purchasing again. Save your money for a reliable new phone.
