I had high hopes for Bitbet.com as a Bitcoin casino, but my experience was disappointing. The customer service was slow to respond and often unhelpful, leading to frustrating delays in resolving my issues. The games felt limited, with many titles not living up to the hype. Additionally, the withdrawal process was confusing and took longer than expected. Although the platform promotes itself as secure, I couldn't shake the feeling of uncertainty regarding the fairness of their games. Overall, it was not the enjoyable experience I anticipated.
