I was disappointed with my recent experience at & Other Stories. The website was confusing, and I struggled with their shopping bag system, which kept telling me I had reached the maximum number of items. After finally selecting a few items, my bag was suddenly empty. Customer service was unhelpful and slow to respond, leaving me frustrated. Although the fashion pieces are stylish, the overall shopping experience felt disorganized and unprofessional. I expected better.
