Parking Control Management UK Ltd promotes itself as a comprehensive solution, but their service is disappointingly heavy-handed. Instead of fostering community parking, they issue an excessive number of fines, creating more frustration than resolution. Their approach lacks flexibility and understanding of real parking challenges, leaving residents feeling alienated rather than supported.

I had high hopes based on Parking Control Management UK's claims, but my experience has been disappointing. Their enforcement feels excessive, almost predatory, making genuine parking mistakes stressful. Communication was lacking, and issues took far too long to resolve. While they paint a picture of efficiency and client focus, the reality is a frustrating experience for tenants who just want fair treatment. This service might work well for some, but it certainly didn't for us.
