I was disappointed with my experience at Ultramar. The products I ordered took far too long to arrive, and when they finally did, one of the spray bottles was defective. While customer service was prompt in sending a replacement, the quality of the cleaning solutions left much to be desired. For the price, I expected so much more.

While the variety of products is impressive, the prices are quite high for what feels like basic cleaning supplies. Additionally, my experience with customer service was lackluster, and shipping took longer than expected, making the overall experience disappointing.
