I recently purchased a few tools from Makita, hoping for high quality given their reputation. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The performance of the equipment didn’t meet my expectations, particularly the battery life, which drained much quicker than advertised. Additionally, navigating their website was frustrating; it was cluttered and difficult to find product information. I had hoped for more clarity on compatibility among different platforms, but the lack of guidance left me confused. Overall, I expected better from a brand known for its professional quality.
