I recently visited Notcutts and was disappointed with the overall experience. While they promote a commitment to sustainability, the service felt rushed and impersonal. The menu had a limited selection, especially for vegetarians, and the quality of the meals didn't justify the prices. The garden section was cluttered and disorganized, making it hard to find what I needed. Although they claim to offer expert gardening advice, staff seemed uninformed and uninterested. For a company with such a long history, I expected more in terms of service and product quality.
