I had a disappointing experience with Central Parking. While they advertise convenience with valet service, my arrival was chaotic, and I waited longer than expected for my car. The communication was poor, and the staff seemed overwhelmed, which added to my stress as I rushed for my flight. Additionally, their pricing felt inflated given the mediocre service. I expected better, especially from a service that claims to be the largest in the industry.

I had high expectations for Central Parking, but my experience was disappointing. The valet service was disorganized, leading to unnecessary delays. Although they promise 24/7 security, I didn't feel assured, as the parking area seemed poorly lit and neglected. When I returned, my car was not only dirty but also parked in an unapproved area, raising concerns about handling. The promised ease of cancellation was not as straightforward as advertised. Ultimately, I expected more professionalism and a better overall experience for the price. I will not be using their services again.
