I found GIO's insurance options frustratingly limited, especially with their lack of immediate coverage for natural disasters. The claims process was tedious, and customer service left much to be desired.

I recently had a disappointing experience with GIO Insurance. The lack of coverage for natural disasters in the initial 72 hours of my policy is concerning; if a storm strikes, you're left unprotected. Their claims process felt cumbersome and frustrating, exacerbated by limited phone support for certain policies during off-hours. The supposedly “trusted repair network” didn’t impress me either. For a company that touts customer satisfaction, I expected much better service and clearer policy terms. I’m actively searching for a better insurer.
