I had high hopes for U-Tow New Zealand, but my experience was disappointing. While their website promises great deals and excellent service, the reality fell short. The trailer I rented was in poor condition, and customer service was unhelpful when I raised my concerns. Additionally, the advertised discounts seemed confusing, and I ended up paying more than expected. Overall, I wouldn't recommend them for trailer hire; there are better options out there.
