I had high hopes for this service but was disappointed. The technician arrived late and seemed unprepared, lacking the necessary parts for my simple repair. While they touted expertise, the work was subpar and required follow-up visits, which further wasted my time. Customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. Overall, the promises made on their website were not delivered, and I certainly do not recommend them for reliable repairs.
