I had high hopes for Drop, but the app feels cluttered and unresponsive. Earning points is tedious, and redeeming them is more hassle than it's worth. Disappointed overall.

I was optimistic about trying the Drop app, given all the hype, but I found it more frustrating than rewarding. While the concept of earning points for everyday purchases is appealing, the process felt tedious and time-consuming. Linking my bank details made me uneasy, and I didn’t experience the seamless earning that was promised. The rewards also felt limited; it took far longer to accumulate points than advertised. Overall, my experience was disappointing, and I expected more from a service that boasts of over five million satisfied users.
